Let us help you set up your Enco account!
Our website currently is unable to accommodate account setup for customers outside of the U.S. and Canada. First-time international customers must contact us at customer- service@use-enco.com and provide us with your name, mailing and shipping addresses, and a telephone number where you may be reached. We will use this information to set up your Enco account and then e-mail you the specifics. From there, you can simply Log In, select the items you wish to purchase, and then Check Out. We'll take care of the rest!

Pricing and Payment:
All pricing is in U.S. dollars. All international orders must be paid for in U.S. funds at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks or COD for Internet orders.

Shipping from the U.S. to another country can be expensive!
Please note that our website currently provides APPROXIMATE shipping charges for orders outside of the U.S. and Canada; your actual shipping charges may be higher or lower depending upon the final destination of your order. Smaller parcels will ship via UPS air freight or through the Postal Service system. Larger orders requiring truck freight shipment must ship via a U.S.-based freight forwarding company of your choice. Enco can quote and bill shipping charges from our distribution centers to your forwarder's U.S. shipping address. Your forwarder must then provide you with a quote or billing for additional shipping charges from their address to your international shipping destination. Regardless of shipping method, we will contact you via e-mail and confirm actual shipping charges before your order ships.

Duties, Tarriffs, and Taxes
You are solely responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, and additional expense levied by the exporting country (U.S.), the destination country, or any intermediary country through which your order may pass. We recommend that you research these potential charges prior to placing an order with Enco. We also recommend you visit CustomsClearance.net and The Transportation Directory websites. These sites are good places to research the costs and logistics of purchasing from U.S.-based companies.

Export Controls:
ENCO products and services, including user manuals and software, are subject to all U.S. export control laws, regulations and administrative policies. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Purchaser understands that a license, written approval or other authorization may be required from the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the U.S. Department of State or other U.S. government agency prior to the export or reexport of these items from the U.S. Guidance may be found at http://www.bis.doc.gov/ and http://www.pmdtc.org/contactus.htm. Purchaser further understands that it is unlawful to export, reexport or transfer, or to attempt to export, reexport or transfer these items to individuals or entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons list, Specially Designated Nationals List, Entity List, Unverified List or Nonproliferation Sanctions list, as well as sales or transfers to Embargoed Countries.
